How quickly can we open an account?

Most accounts are opened within 1–2 business days once we have your billing preferences, reference fields and approval list. For urgent projects, we can begin on ad-hoc bookings while account paperwork completes.

Can we require POs and cost centres on every booking?

Yes. We’ll configure mandatory fields for your bookers. Email bookings will be validated by our team before dispatch to avoid accounting friction later.

Do you support meet & greet at airports and rail?

Absolutely. We provide name boards, arrival hall rendezvous or curbside express pickup depending on preference and venue rules. Flight and rail monitoring is standard.

Can you handle large events?

Yes. We coordinate vehicles, drivers and dispatchers, create a route brief with predicted dwell times, and adjust on the day based on load and flow. Radios or group chats keep comms tight.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup for most bookings (see Terms). Events and multi-vehicle rosters have bespoke windows agreed in advance.
