How far in advance should we book a chauffeur?
We accept bookings up to a year ahead and same-day where availability allows. For multi-vehicle and multi-day duties, earlier notice helps us guarantee the same named driver and vehicle class throughout.
Can you meet our VIP in the terminal or at reception?
Yes. We offer branded or plain name boards and coordinate with airport or venue rules. We can also deliver curbside express pick-ups where permitted.
Do you provide discretion and NDAs?
Discretion is fundamental to our service. We are happy to sign NDAs and brief chauffeurs on client-specific privacy expectations.
What if the agenda moves on the day?
We expect change. Your coordinator will adjust timings and sequence while keeping the host, EA and passengers informed. Wait-and-return is designed for this.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup for most bookings (see Terms). Events and multi-vehicle rosters have bespoke windows agreed in advance.
