How bookings work
1) Tell us the details
Pickup & drop-off, date/time, passengers, luggage and any access notes (steps, mobility, child seats, pets).
2) We confirm the fare
Airports and long-distance are quoted upfront. Local trips are metered or fixed where agreed.
3) Driver assigned
We schedule the best vehicle for the job and share any key instructions with your driver.
What to include for the smoothest booking
- Exact pickup address (house name/number, postcode) and any gate/entry code.
- Exact drop-off (terminal, station entrance, hotel lobby, clinic name).
- Time & date and whether it’s a “arrive by” time (appointments, trains, flights).
- Passengers + luggage (large suitcases, golf bags, prams, skis).
- Vehicle preference (saloon, MPV, 6/7/8/9 seater, wheelchair accessible, pet friendly).
- Airport pickups: flight number + landing time; we can track delays where possible.
- Special notes: child seat request, assistance, multiple stops, return journey.
- Contact number you’ll have on the day of travel.

Do you take bookings 24/7?
Yes — we operate 24/7 when pre-booked. For early morning or late-night travel, booking ahead helps us reserve the right driver and vehicle.
Can I book an airport taxi with a fixed price?
Yes. Airport transfers are typically quoted as fixed-price fares based on pickup address, time/date and vehicle type.
Do you do meet-and-greet?
Available on request for airports and stations. Tell us if you’d like the driver to meet you inside arrivals with a name board.
Can you carry child seats?
Yes, with notice. You can also supply your own; the driver can store it for the return journey if needed.
What if I need wheelchair access or a pet-friendly vehicle?
Select the option in the form and add notes (folding chair vs powered chair; pet size/carrier). We’ll allocate the correct vehicle.
